About Flare Fair
Flare Fair 2027 is a one-day technical workshop hosted by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) in partnership with the Center for Energy and Environmental Systems Analysis (CEESA) at The University of Texas at Austin. The event will bring together regulators, researchers, industry professionals, and environmental practitioners to discuss advancements in flare emissions monitoring, measurement technologies, regulatory developments, and field applications. Attendees will have opportunities to network with experts, explore emerging monitoring solutions, engage with CEESA researchers during a scientific poster session, and participate in a live outdoor instrument demonstration showcasing emissions measurement technologies in a field setting.
Please Note: The live instrument demonstration will be conducted outdoors in a field setting a short walk from the Commons Conference Center. Attendees participating in the instrument demonstration are encouraged to wear long pants and closed-toe shoes.
Coffee, refreshments, and lunch will be provided to registrants.
